(New) Cancellation policy: 

  • Up to 3 days before the arrival date, first night deposit;
  • Later, 50% of the total;
  • No-show, 100% of the total.

N.B. In case of cancellation, please do inform the organizing commitee (pli-org@gdn.dsi.unifi.it), they will try to avoid lost of deposit (this could be possible if there are not too many cancellations).
